Word Play

Have you noticed that some people are masters of word play? They take every day, common speech, add a few more complicated words, and spin lies. Without going into politics, it is amazing to listen to professionals who have been trained in word play. Spin doctors are really good at this. They take a situation and twist it around or push it out in a different direction. All the while they are using language to deceive you or achieve some goal, such as sell you a product or change your beliefs. I like the Indian reference to this by saying that those men “speak with forked tongue.”

Dept Store Makeup Counter

It’s weird and hard to follow if you miss any of the episodes. I don’t usually like horror movies and gross scarey shows, but for some reason I keep watching this show. I guess I am intrigued with the mystery of it – trying to figure out who all the characters are and why they are in the house as ghosts,

Pencils

People who work a crossword puzzle and write in the squares with pencil are cheating. I don’t trust anyone who uses a pencil. I bet I don’t even have a single pencil in my house. What would I possibly need one for? I have an assortment of pens and have no use for pencils at all.
